Isis Suria, Vice President of Human Resources for Amerijet International, Inc., has dedicated her entire career to the development and administration of Human Resources, with consistent success in the public and private sector.
Isis brings more than 25 years of professional experience in all areas of Human Resources, with extensive work in the areas of labor relations, benefits management, organizational restructuring, and conflict resolution. During most of her career she has held high-profile, senior executive positions. She was formerly the Executive Director of Human Resources of the Broward County District Courts, where she developed and directed the administration of all Human Resources and Management Systems for a multi-facility system employing over 1000 employees.
Isis has not always been a resident of Florida. In 1990 she relocated from California, where she grew up and attended college. She was hired by Bank of America as Director of Human Resources early in her career, and after a few years with Bank of America, she accepted a position as Director of Human Resources for Krause's Sofa Factory, where she first became exposed to labor negotiations and international labor.
