Amerijet International Airlines recently started direct freighter flights to Bogota, Colombia with three-times weekly service. The all-cargo carrier now offers scheduled maindeck B767-300 capacity between Miami International Airport (MIA) and El Dorado International Airport (BOG).

Since launching service in mid-February 2019, Amerijet is poised to carry large volumes of freight including general cargo, consumer electronics, agricultural products, aircraft parts, industrial equipment, and chemicals as well as medical and scientific equipment to Colombia from Miami.

Colombia is the fourth largest economy in Latin America, and its top imports are machinery and transport equipment, and manufactured products. The country has been growing rapidly, mostly due to a rise in exports of commodities such as oil, coal and coffee.

In addition to Bogota, Amerijet also recently added Guatemala City, Guatemala to its service routes which total 40 destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. Amerijet also serves more than 475 global destinations through its interline partners.
