Manage Your Amerijet Invoices and Payments More Easily

Amerijet offers a range of payment options for streamlining your billing processes. You can manage all of your shipping invoices and cargo shipments by signing up for your free MyCargo account.

Amerijet Credit Accounts

At Amerijet, we extend credit to approved new and existing customers. Click here to complete  a credit application. All completed applications should be emailed to creditoperations@amerijet.com or fax it to 305-423-4211. Credit applications are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Once approved, your approved account will be assigned to one of our account analysts who will provide you with the terms and conditions of your account and answer all of your questions regarding your Amerijet credit account.

Invoices and Statements

Amerijet is committed to making it easy for you to manage your shipping invoices and statements. You will receive an invoice for each freight shipment transaction as well as a monthly statement documenting your account history. Payments are due within 30 days of the shipment’s invoice date. Past Due amounts are subject to late payment fees.  As a registered MyCargo customer, you can view and download all of your shipping invoices and statements, update your account information and track your cargo shipments via our website.

Other Payment Options

Shippers delivering to one of our facilities or using our website to book their freight shipments can take advantage of our several convenient payment options. Credit cards are our preferred method of payment. Amerijet accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche.

We also accept U.S. dollar cash payments, company checks, and wire transfers. For information on sending a wire transfer, please contact your Amerijet account analyst.

Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.

Air Waybills

Once you’ve been approved for an Amerijet credit account and would like to generate your own shipping documentation, we will provide a supply of Air Waybills upon your request. You can receive a physical stock of Air Waybills, or if you wish to print your own, we can assign a series of Air Waybill numbers for your computer. To request Amerijet Air Waybills, simply email awbrequests@app-wpprod-prod-eastus2-001.azurewebsites.net or contact your Amerijet account analyst directly.
