Chief Financial Officer

Roy Harrypersad is the Chief Financial Officer of Amerijet International Airlines.  Roy joined the Amerijet Team in May 2020. 

Roy brings over 30 years of experience in the aviation sector (cargo / logistics business and passenger airlines).  Roy began his career in DHL Trinidad as Country Finance Manager and spent 18 years with DHL in various leadership roles (Finance, IT, Operations and Program Management) around the world.  His last assignment in DHL was the Chief Financial Officer for the Caribbean Region.  Roy transitioned to Passenger Airlines in 2006 and has been CFO of multiple airlines (startup and restructuring assignments) for the past 14 years beginning with Caribbean Airlines in Trinidad and his last assignment being the CFO for a Low Cost Carrier (LCC) startup (flyadeal) in Saudi Arabia

Roy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida.  Roy is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).  Roy obtained his BSc in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and his MBA from Florida International University.

Roy was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Florida in 1993.  Roy lives with his wife (Yuris) and 5 children (Ariel, Rachel, Aylton, Sophia and Sarah) in Boynton Beach, Florida.  Roy enjoys spending family time with his wife & kids and golfing.
