At the sole option of the Carrier, the Carrier may inspect the contents of all consignments, but the Carrier shall not be obligated under any circumstances to perform any inspection of any consignment.  All Shippers are required to certify that the shipment or consignment does not contain any unauthorized explosives, destructive devices or hazardous material.  All Shippers are required to present two forms of identification as required by government regulations.
