Credit

 

At Amerijet International, Inc., we extend credit to approved accounts.

 

To request credit, please complete a Credit Application form (link above), and email the completed application to creditoperations@amerijet.com or fax it to 305-423-4211.

 

Within 24 to 48 hours, we'll respond to your request for credit. Upon approval, we'll assign your account to an analyst in our credit operations department. This person will be your contact for any questions about your Amerijet credit account.

 

Air Waybills

 

After we've approved your Amerijet credit account, we will provide at your request a supply of Air Waybills, either as physical stock or – if you want to print your own – as an assigned series of Air Waybill numbers for your computer. Please discuss your preference with your Amerijet sales representative.

 

To replenish your supply of Air Waybills – physical or computerized – send a request to awbrequests@amerijet.com or contact your Amerijet account analyst.

 

Invoices and Statements

 

You will receive an invoice for each freight shipment transaction and a monthly statement, showing your account history. You may choose to receive:

  • One invoice per day, showing all Air Waybills ready for invoicing that day, or
  • A separate invoice for each Air Waybill.

Please tell your Amerijet sales representative or account analyst which invoicing method you prefer.

 

Please notify your Amerijet account analyst if a change occurs in your address, email address, telephone number, or fax number; or if the contact person at your company changes.

 

Please direct any invoice or statement questions to your Amerijet account analyst, or forward your questions to accountsreceivalbe@amerijet.com.

 

Payment

 

Credit cards are our preferred method of payment. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanche.

 

Our payment terms for our credit accounts are net 30 (which means full payment for a shipment is due within 30 days of that shipment's invoice date). If you give us a corporate credit-card number, we'll debit your account automatically and send you a confirmation notice for each transaction.

 

Other acceptable payment methods are U.S. dollar cash payments, company checks, and wire transfers. For wire-transfer instructions, please contact your Amerijet account analyst.

 

We cannot accept personal checks.
