Getting Started

Open an Account:
We invite all of our frequent personal shippers and businesses to open an account.  To open your shipping account, please complete a New Account form (link above) and e-mail it to your local Amerijet office. To apply for a credit account, please complete a Credit Application form (link above) and email the completed form to creditoperations@amerijet.com.

Shipping:
If you already know which service you'd like to use, you can use our web site to book and pay for your shipment or call your local Amerijet office for assistance. Throughout the U.S. and Canada, Amerijet offers a convenient pick-up and delivery services or you can drop off your shipment at any of our Amerijet locations.

Documentation:
Our web-based book and pay option already captures all of the required information to generate your general* freight shipping documents. If you choose to drop off your shipment at any of our Amerijet locations, please complete a Shippers Letter of Instruction.

Air Waybills:
If you are a commercial shipper and would like to complete your own air freight documents, please submit your request for a supply of Amerijet Air Waybills to awbrequests@amerijet.com.

*Your shipment may require additional documents, please use the "Who Does What" chart to determine what documents to complete based on the commodities being shipped, and their origin and destination. Certain commodities including live animals, firearms and ammunition, motorized vehicles, hazardous materials, and human remains may require additional special permits, licenses, and/or documentation, please contact your local Amerijet office for assistance.

Apply for Credit:
To apply for a credit account, please complete a Credit Application form (link above) and email the completed form to creditoperations@amerijet.com.  All of our applications are processed within 24-48 hours.

Shipment Tracking:
We make tracking easy; you can track all of your shipments 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our web site.
