CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 INFORMATION
CALIFORNIA - Although Amerijet International, Inc. does not own or operate
any airport facilities in California, we have notified those California
terminal operators and ground handlers that do business with Amerijet
about California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986,
commonly referred to as Proposition 65. The following Proposition 65
Information Statement contains additional information about Proposition
65:
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement
Act of 1986, also known as Proposition 65, requires that businesses
provide warnings about exposures to chemicals known to the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
A list of chemicals that are known to the State of California to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm is published by the
Governor. The list can be found at http://www.oehha.ca.gov/prop65/prop65_list/Newlist.html.
Materials at or around airport facilities, such as jet engine exhaust,
contain chemicals that are on the California Proposition 65 list. Additional
information regarding chemicals at these facilities can be found in the
Material Safety Data Sheets.
Warning signs are posted in certain areas pursuant to California Proposition
65. These warnings state:
WARNING: This area contains chemicals known to the State of California
to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
