MIAMI, FL – All-cargo transportation provider Amerijet International today announced that it will begin providing regularly scheduled cargo service to San José, Costa Rica effective September 24, 2003.

According to Pamela Rollins, Amerijet’s Vice President of Business Development, Amerijet will be exclusively represented in the market by Representaciones Aerocontinentales, a division of Servico Group, a well-established local international freight agency. Amerijet has named Mario Mora Costa Rica Station Manager.

Amerijet will provide full-service, multi-modal transportation to and from San José, with freight receiving open seven days a week at Terminales Santamaría. Receiving hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Support services such as document preparation, arrival notification, cargo tracking and a cargo reservations department also are available for customer convenience.
