RULE NO. 65: CARRIER’S RIGHT OF INSPECTION:

Carrier may inspect the contents of all consignments, but shall be under no obligation to do so.

  1. All shippers are required to certify that the shipment does not contain any unauthorized explosives, destructive devices or hazardous materials.
  2. All “unknown” shippers are required to present 2 forms of identification as required by the FAA.
