Scales Agent/Scale Agent Lead
Duties: Performs the inspection, weighing, documentation and proper staging of the finished pallets needed to go to the Ramp and be up loaded on the aircraft. Ensures security against pallet bumping, wrong load sequence and assures airworthiness by performing the following duties. Weigh the finished pallets for the final weight and balance, Enter the correct weight into the Pallet Log Book, Fill out Bill of Lading, Pallet tags, Scale Sheet and Pallet Log Book, Take pallets to the staging area by destination, Load the trailers going to the Ramp in the weight and balance sequence generated by Load Control, Supply the Export Warehouse Crews with empty pallets and slave racks for them to build the necessary pallets for each flight.
Shifts: PM, and Midnight

AP Mechanic
Duties: Inspect and test systems, component parts used in their work and sign off on work performed; work as outlined under various inspection and/or maintenance forms; may be required to instruct less experienced employees; other duties as assigned
Requirements: Valid FAA Airframe & PowerPlant certification; 3 yrs exp on B727 mechanicals and Avionics REQUIRED.

Lead-Cargo Handlers (Imports)
Duties: Supervise cargo handlers, able to lift 70lbs (repetitively); operate forklifts and other equipment; inspect/build/break-down pallets; coordinate arrivals; verify cargo received against flight manifest; prepare daily shift documentation, assist supervisor w/daily duties, other duties as assigned.
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Imports Agent
Duties: Customer deliveries; interline duties; customs validation; customer service; filing; meet in/out bound flights; shift flexibility; other duties as assigned
Requirements: Computer literate; knowledge of imports and US Customs procedures

Lead-Ramp Agents
Duties: load/unload aircrafts; able to lift 70lbs (repetitively); operate ramp equipment (forklifts, belt loaders, and aircraft loader); Coordinate/Supervise ramp agents; inspect pallets; coordinate departure/arrivals; verify cargo loaded against flight manifest; other duties as assigned.
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Cargo Handlers (Imports and Exports)
Duties: Repetitively lift 75 lbs of equipment and boxes; fork-lift certified; building/maintaining/break-down pallets; and other whse duties as assigned (Must be flexible, shifts vary)
Requirement: Previous warehouse exp.; fork-lift certification; customer service exp
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Ramp Agents (Full Time & Part Time Available)
Duties: load/unload aircrafts; able to lift 70lbs (repetitively); operate ramp equipment (forklifts, belt loaders, and aircraft loader)

Receiving Agents (FULL TIME/PART TIME)
Duties: Forklift driving, off loading freight, taking measurements, labeling, lifting heavy boxes, customer service and other duties as assigned

Receiving Lead
Duties: Coordinate/Supervise the Receiving Agents, Forklift driving, off loading freight, taking measurements, labeling, lifting heavy boxes, customer service and other duties as assigned

Receiving Supervisor
Duties: Supervise the Receiving Agents and Leads, Forklift driving, off loading freight, taking measurements, labeling, lifting heavy boxes, customer service, hire and ensure proper training to all new employees; other duties as required.
Requirement: Forklift certification; Computer literate; recognize haz-mat; shift flexibility
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Imports Whse Supervisor
Directs activities in the shift for the import area ensuring the accurate completion and processing of airway bills, customs documents, clearance of inbound and outbound flights and delivering of cargo coming from outside stations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Loadmaster
Directs unloading/loading aircrafts; inspect pallets; coord. dep/arrivals; supervise ramp ees; other duties assigned
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Lead Warehouse (2-Part Time)
Coordinate/Supervise the Warehouse Cargo Handlers in the palletizing process with the freight that is available in the Warehouse. Ensure security against missing or damaged cargo, pallet bumping, pilferage and risking the aircraft and crew's safety; other duties as assigned
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

Exports Whse Supervisor
Duties: Supervising cargo handlers and other warehouse workers; ensures security against flight delays because of freight not being ready and freight missing their flight by performing the following procedures; schedule the proper staffing for each function of the Warehouse Department to ensure efficiency in the arrival of the freight at the Ramp; ensure proper loading of the trailers going to the Ramp; hire and ensure proper training to all new employees; other duties as required.
Experience: Exp. in airline whse and palletizing cargo; supervisory exp
Shifts: AM, PM, and Midnight

GSE Mechanic
Duties: Repair/maintain elect, diesel, & gas industrial trucks using auto. systems; change oil/tires, perform minor/major repairs, mech. troubleshooting & rebuild equip. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: 2yrs. exp. CDL-A w/Hazmat endorse. & current DOT medical card

Tractor Trailer Drivers
Duties: Local driving only; warehouse work during downtime; vehicle maintenance, other duties as assigned
Requirement: CDL-A with hazmat endorsement, clean driving record
